The Expedition Yeti Facebook group has been running a contest with the potential for winning prizes when you spot the Yeti and post your picture with it to their group page.
More than a Contest: It’s more than just fun – it’s to help raise money for children’s cancer care, research, and treatment. Last year, The Expedition raised $ 15,000! And then that was tripled by Quick Response Fire Restoration to $45,000 – EVERY dollar counts, so join in donating! For this year’s season, New York State Snowmobiling has raised $8,250 for children’s cancer as of mid-February.
To enter the contest, post your picture and location on the Group page here on Facebook. And use hashtags: #NEWYORKSNOWMOBILING and #YOURFAVORITEYETI You could even use those hashtags to browse through the photos and posts that are already out there about this unique viral phenomenon.
